We recommend using our printable size guide located on each product page. Most of our styles fit true to size, but we suggest ordering a half size up if you plan to wear thick socks or use additional orthotic inserts.
What is your return policy for worn shoes?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or feel of your shoes, you can return them within 30 days of purchase, even if they have been worn outdoors.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
